I just bought this 2005 dodge grand caravan and the front passenger blinker blinks fast. I changed the bulb and the socket. Now the bulb lights dimly and very fast. When the headlights are turned on it doesn't work at all. When the hazards are on it doesn't blink at all. I was thinking it was the ground, but where is the ground, on the housing maybe but where? Any other solutions? No other lights are out, but the rear signal seems to work great, just fast because of the front. Thanks.

The ground should be on the panel are around the lights. Also make sure ground is good from battery to body with no corrosion. Make sure you have the correct bulb in there as well and is installed correctly.

It is all installed correctly. The battery is brand new and the wires look great and the connection is great. This problem was here before the battery was replaced two days ago. Where around the lights is the ground located? The housing opening where the socket is attached? Or a wire somewhere nearby?

The ground si by the left headlight. Otherwise get it scanned because it may be a body control module or and front control module.

Scanned by autozone and it came up with nothing. Depends on what you mean by scanned. I still cannot find the ground, I need specifics as to where it is. Near the left headlight is like telling me the needle is near the bottom of the hay stack. There are wires everywhere near the battery/left headlight. All other bulbs are in great working order.

The scanner that autozone has won't pick up anything but engine and transmission codes you need a pro to do that as there can do the whole car. I can't get a diagram of the ground it will be by the left headlight bolted to the body around it either on header or fender. I may be hidden behind a battery if it is on that sides.
