Parking brake pedal won't engage, parking brake adjustment?

Hello,

It sounds like the level that holds the parking brake lever is stuck open so it does not hold the ratchet wheel. Here is some diagrams (below) to help you find the problem out. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
