My van anti theft system lock is on?. How can i take this off?? Does it cost alot off money?

it stays. you need the system checked for failure before you can talk money

It was checked for failure but it says itsnonly my anti theft system is on thats stopping my van from running. what can i don't have a lot of money i spent what i had on this van
