Why does My Car Shakes when I drive?

My 2005 Chevy Impala shakes when I drive, I recently had wheel ailignment done, traking arm replaced, passenger hub bearing replaced and passenger tie rod replaced and both lower ball joints replaced, and I just took off some 18 inch tires off and put back on my original 16 in tires, what else should I do?

Have you had the wheels balanced yet? DOes it happen when you brake or just drive?

Need more accurate/detailed information. Like when did it start doing it, what speed do you start to notice it, does it get worse when you accellerate, ETC!
