Do I have to assume it was shaking before the brake service or did this start after the parts were replaced? How was it diagnosed to the parts you listed? Have you checked the tires for a broken belt?

It would sure help if you'd provide some details or additional information. At what speeds do you feel this shaking? Do you feel it in the brake pedal? The steering wheel? The entire car? Only while braking or all the time?

An alignment includes a test-drive although the mechanic typically won't go where he can reach highway speed unless he is looking for a problem. Did he say anything about a vibration or make note of it on the repair order?

You said twice "it still shakes". Does that mean the shaking started before the service work was done? If so, did it start gradually or suddenly? Did anything else happen that might be related?
