No the noise and vibration increases when speed increases and decreases when speed decreases. And as far as the wheel bearings go there is no play in the wheels when front end is jacked up and can spin the wheels by hand and they make no noise and spin smooth.

It for sure a hub baring, trust me and if you no a little about cars you can most likely fix it yourself there not hard at all. And make sure you check all the wheels.

With the front end on jack stand's put the shifter in neutral put your hand on the coil spring spin the wheel as fast as you can with the other hand see if you can feel any roughness in the bearing. Do the same on both side's just because you can't feel play in the wheel bearing doesn't mean it's good. Let me know what you find.

Omg dont grab anything if you have the car up in the air with the wheels spining, I think saturntech is trying to get your hands riped off if its got a bad wheel baring you will be able to hear it.
