Having cold start vibration issues when its below 40 degrees. Service engine soon light comes on briefly during cold start. Do I need to worry about this?

I have one of those right now in my shop, it will require replacement of the cyclone separator and all the related plumbing, fresh plugs and a replacement valve cover and gasket.
