blank instrument panel

wipers come on and most of the warning lights, engine cuts out, instrument panel goes blank how do I fix ?

check all connections to the PCM. Check power from the battery to the power distribution box under the hood. Make sure battery terminals are clean and tight. Make sure the ground from the battery to the engine block is tight and clean.
