My windscreen wipers will not work! I started my car yesterday not knowing wipers were still on. There was loads of snow on the screen the wipers tried working got stuck in snow turntable them off quick as I could. Now they will not work at all. Back wiper still works, front one nothing happens at all.

Try testing the fuses with a test light first. Otherwise you may have damaged the motor requiring replacement.

The nut on the motor probably came loose and needs to be tightened.

Before you tighten the nut if that is what happened, you need to correctly re-align the linkage with the motor, or the wipers will run backwards and hit the hood.

Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 116,000 miles

my windshield wiper is not working.
Well, it is working, but when it wipes it hits the other wiper.
How do I repair that?

Thanks.

Yes you can turn key on turn wiper on when straight up turn key off wiper will stay there. Now loosen bolt at bottom of wiper under cap move wiper that is out of line in line tighten nut. Do this until they are right.

When the ignition switch is on every thing works; the stereo, heater, head lights the wiper blades they all work, but when I turn the car on the heater the head lights and the wiper blades stop working. What could be the problem? I do not know how it happened because I took it to Midas and they replace the back bearings, discs, and pads, and the hand brake cable and they said they did not know what happened, but every thing was working before I took it in.

They are known for ignition switch failure. You may need to have that checked.
Try after starting the car to jiggle the key and bring it back a bit with out shutting off the engine. See if radio works or other.
