I got boiling coolant on warming up already and radiator main fan(motor driven) does not seem to spin as fast as it should what kind is it?How I can test it?I got also a radiator-mounted electronic fan in the front which does not spin at high temp?Which side of the radiator it should be and how it is controlled?

Front fan is for A/C and should come on when A/C is turned on.
Did you check the thermostat? It could be stuck resulting in overheating. Is coolant level in radiator correct?
