Driver side head light not working

2004 Toyota Highlander v6; Driver side head light is not working, checked fuses all ok, replaced bulb still does not work, pulled out the relay next to the fuse named Head lights and reinstalled it. Still nothing on the drivers side other head light works. What is my next step?

Check the wiring in the junction connector no.3 could be open located on right side of engine compartment

1st REMEMBER EVEN A NEW BULB COULD BE BAD!

I HAVE DOWNLOADED 2 DIAGRAMS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOUR SYSTEM

I NEED TO KNOW WHETHER YOU HAVE DAYLIGHT RUNNING LIGHTS (DRL) OR NOT

THERE ARE MAJOR DIFFERENCES IN THE DIAGRAMS, I WANT TO GIVE YOU THE CORRECT ONE

AT A GLANCE, COULD BE A FUSE, RELAY, CONNECTION.

DRL OR W/O DRL?

I do have daylight running lights.
I also swapt the left and right lamps and the problem remains with the drivers side lamp.
