I have an automatic transmission celica GT-S VVTL-i 2004 engine, that I need to change.I found an engine from another celica but the other celica is manual transmission. Would the manual transmission engine fit on my automatic transmission celica? In short what I want to ask is shall I buy the manual transmission engine?

You'll have to change the flywheel and that sort of stuff like sensors are all the same etc. Also check end of crank because it may not be large enough for the torque converter if yours goes into end of crank. The pilot bearing will need to come out on manual trans
