My 2004 camry se 4cyl spun the rod bearings. so I got a deal on a 2010 4cyl motor. Will this motor plug n play in my 2004? If not what would I need to make it work?

Toyota makes lots of changes over the years. More sensors get added.

I assume you have looked at the engine - and it looks the 'same'?

Dealer parts departments know a lot and are usually very helpful. Give them a call; and they can probably tell you if it will interchange; and any parts you might need.
