Gear box transmission

I have a toyota camry 2004 the transmission is problematic, if I start driving, before it changes from gear level 1 to 2 and 3 it will over rev but after level 3, the transmission is better. I have changed both gear box and engine and still same result. I need help.

You replaced the transmission and engine at 31k miles? No engine or transmission should fail that early.

Have you tried to retrieve for trouble codes?

Your description of the symptoms are not very clear, can you provide more details?
