My blower comes on sometimes right away and sometimes it is 15 minutes later. Now it will not come on at all. Is it the Blower Motor Resistor?

I checked the fuse and the relay, both are good. Where is the resistor located under the dashboard?

It has one but my references won't tell me where-sorry-However try tis power the blower motor direct from the battery and see what happens-might not be the resistor if it fires right up-
