When accelerating through the gears on freeway 5th gear lost power and struggled to maintain 80 mph. Check engine light started blinking. I took it to auto zone and they said it was a misfire in cylinder 1 and 4. I replaced all spark plugs and coil packs replaced fuel filter and cleaned the maf sensor. Took it back in to autozone now I have a misfire in all cylinders. Engine shakes while idling. Not sure what else I can do. Any suggestions?

Misfires are best left to pros to handle as they can be sensors, stuff you replaced, injectors or basic engine problems. Check your fuel pressure with a gauge that might be it and make sure your wires are hooked up correctly that you replaced. Fp should be 41-46 psi 41 minimum at idle.
