have already changed hub bearing and need to know how to replace the carrier bearing. the carrier bearing is damaged and makes a lot of noise. hub bearings on this car have been a problem, all have been doen once, some twice,

Assuming you mean the front wheel drive, the transaxle has to be removed and disassembled to access the differential assembly. Major job.

Are you ok with removing the trans to do this repair??
