2004 Renault Megane locing doors

I have changed battery the key card starts car but wont lock or unlock doors what do I do to fix this problem

Pop your key fob back apart and clean the circuit board with alcohol and a Q-tip. Also clean the back of the rubber buttons on the key fob where they touch the circuit board.
