Servicing your vehicles air conditioning. Is it hard to do?

I recently purchased a second hand Peugeot Partner (2004) and the air con seems to be cooling fine, however the blower seems blocked. Where can I replace the air cabin filter from? And also can the blower be dismantled and also cleaned?

I doubt it has a blockage. There may be a filter but you will need to look behind the glove box for a cover that may contain a filter.

It may be a mode door issue that is not allowing proper air flow.
