I GET SICK WHILE DRIVING MY CAR

I get sick while driving my car. There is no smell of gas and the exhaust is not leaking. Have changed my cabin air cleaner. Is carbon monoxide leaking into the car and from where and how do I fix it, my mechanic is perplexed.

Do you have the same problem if you drive with the windows open?

No. When the windows are open and am moving it gives me relief
