Got the car used and after a few months the passenger headlight went out. I found that the ground pin on the connector had melted. I replaced the connector and got lower wattage bulbs and the connector started melting again, only on the passenger side. The driver side connector is fine. Also, just recently, my driver side fog light went out and found that ground pin had melted on that too. They use different body grounds and the other devices that share those grounds I haven't had a problem with. What could be causing the connectors to melt?
I've included the wiring diagram. I haven't checked the grounds yet because I don't know where they are located.
