Fuel injector in cylinder 3 is not spraying. Wireing and ecm check out to be fine. Don't know what to do next

Check the injector's solenoid resistances

If the wiring is good and you are getting power to the injector, the injector itself must be bad. Have you tried switching with on of the other injectors to see if the same thing happens?
