2004 Mercury Sable Mysterious rattle

Sometimes when I start my car there is this rattle. The rattle also happens when I am driving around 1500-1600 rpm. My dad an I went under my car to see if it was anything rattling there. There was one heat shield that rattled so we fixed it. But that did nothing. If you can help that would be great.

Take a rubber mallet and tap on and around the catalytic converter. It may be loose inside and you can't see it.
