When slow down to pull into a parking space you can feel the front end grabbing I was told by a shop that the rear end is binding my warranty won't cover for the part to be replaced but only to repair it with some special tool. Is the rear end actually what's causing my problem and can you repair it with a tool? Any info you can give me would be awsome because I don't want to get screwed by the warranty company.

Have you rbrakes checked you may be feeling pulsation on the rotors thinking it's grabbing. Normally when a rear end goes out it has to be rebuilt which means bearings, possibly gears etc. Also have the front end checked, I'd suggest a different shop as well.
