The check engine light is on and I had a computer hooked up to it and it reads the P0340, and P0345
Both of those codes are for the camshaft position sensors. But they are both new. So I thought it might be the PCM. I got a new PCM and replaced it but the engine light is still on. What can the problem be. When the car starts the tachometer stays on 0 RMP until you rev the engine and get at 2300 RPM's. Also traction control and TCP is on but it goes off when you step on the gas.

What can be the issue? I did everything that I can think of. I am out of ideas at this point.

If the sensor is new, the code can be set if there is a problem with the wiring, an open or shorted wire. A poor connection caused by corrosion, of a damaged wire can also cause it. Finally, a weak battery can be the cause.
