I have an 03 Mazda 6 2.3L the original motor overheated and required replacement. I found a junkyard that gets used motors from Japan after installing the first motor the car was smoking. The junkyard warrantied that motor and we replaced the motor again. This motor is smoking too. Blue smoke after engine warms up and driven for 5-10 min. Intake manifold is full of oil PVC is new and compression is at 175psi on all cyl. I'm at a loss as to what is causing oil to enter the intake thru the PVC system

Sometimes during shipping/transportation, the engine are flipped anywhichway and this can result in oil getting to the manifolds. The smoke could be residual oil in exhaust system from your original engine. Let the engine run for at least a few hours and note if there are any difference.

Any residual oil in exhaust or manifolds would be cleared by then.
