2004 Lincoln Aviator Power mirrors wont work

The power mirrors in my aviator won't work. Nothing else seems wrong. I have tried checking the fuses to see if any looked burnt but I honestly don't know what I am looking for. What could cause this?

It's fuse 9 in central junction box-dash and when you look at fuse it will have a like u piece in it see if that is broken if it is the fuse is bad. Otherwise have a pro check tosee if power is going in and out of switches.
