2004 Kia Optima Upper power steering hose

I have a leak from the upper pressure hose of the pressure line hose assembly (male O-ring end). The hose leaks directly above the serpentine belt of the pump. Do I need to replace the entire pressure line hose assembly or can the upper hose be replaced? Estimate. Thank you.
