2004 Kia Amanti emergency flashers

The dealer recently replaced the shifter mechanism and now the flashers dont work. Everything works but the 4/ways . Cani fix this and what is the procedure.

You would first have to trace the circuit using a wiring diagram to be able to do this yourself. The one thing you should be able to do is test all your fuses using a test light with the key on.
