Put a brand new battery in a couple weeks ago, started and drove fine the few times it was a drove. Now I can't get nothing when turning the key. Battery is on slow charge, doesn't look like it will get above 25%. When I first hooked the charger up, there was a ticking noise for a few seconds from somewhere in the engine compartment.

Charge the battery and then have it tested. Just because it's new doesn't mean it's any good. Most auto parts do this for free. If it 's new it will be under warranty. If it's a diehard from sears they have to go a year normally because they fail anytime before that. The clicking was probably the starter solenoid making noise form poor contact or low power. Check to see if the fusible link form alternator is good, it can go out and you wont' get any charging, you only need a test light or volt meter and test it on the fuse in pdc and alternator.
