Out of the shop wont start code U1001 and U1010

I have a 04 infiniti fx35 we repaired a broken wire for the tail lights drove the car out of the shop and now it wont start we checked for spark and inject both are missing any idea of what to check next also their isn't a check engine light but I can really see whats wrong.

So far we checked for spark and inject we have neither, checked for codes and their is a u1001 and u1010, the engine light dont come on under key on but can read a data stream any ideas?

You have a TBS-dunno what is it-check with the dealership

Check for a blown fuse first.

Those are communication codes indicating one or more control modules are not communicating and may be dead.
