The car has no problems starting up every time
Even runs great, until its time to fuel up. Ill pull up to the pump shut the motor down, put the fuel in now it does'nt matter if I fill it up the tank or not when I get in to start it up I will not start rite up usually ill just let it sit for a few minutes then it when it does start up it would run and start up every time until its time to

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing and have you checked for trouble codes?

Quite common for Hyundai vehicles to have EVAP system faults affecting starting after refills.
