2004 Hyundai Sonata A/C problem

Hello I have a 2004 Hyundai Sonata DOHC 16 Valve 2.4L engine. The issue with this car is that every time I turn my ac on my rpm's drop and my car starts to shake really bad and hard what can be the problem. Thanks for your help :)
