Car makes loudest squeaking noise driving constant at stops and turns

The car squeaks sometimes squeals when driving, when I turn corner or brake it stops. The noise is not constant, ok when I initially set off, but then maybe 2 mins or 10 mns into my journey it starts. It quite often stops after a period of time. I need to do rear brakes.
