timeing Belt

I have a honda odessy it has 103000 miles how important is it to replace this belt? and what is the cost

In canadian dollars at the dealer, it's $1000. That is with, belt, water pump, tensioner and fluids.

And it is very important, if you don't change it, and the belt snaps, you will need a new engine.
