No start/Cranks

Hi Guys; I have a 2004 Honda accord coupe, 2.4 DOHC. I have no fuel delivery. I changed the pump relay and no go. I changed the pump and no go. I now notice I have no check engine light on when I turn key on to ignite all lights on dash. Sometimes the ck engine light comes on and car tries to start, but wont stay running. Can you help me?

If any repairs were carried prior to this occurring, check the fuses and ground circuit connections, especially at intake manifold.

If fuses and wiring circuits are good the PCM could be faulty.

The diagnostic procedures are rather lengthy.
