2004 Honda Accord Icdti Built Sat Nav Nav Working Remove Cd Let

I have a honda icdti with a built in sat nav, the problem is the sat nav isnt working, and i cant remove the cd to let me reboot, which I think might be a fuse problem? could it be anything else, if it is the fuse where is it located please

There are fuses underhood and underdash. Check the panel cover for the legend.
