Breaking part rear passenger side brake caliper

Hey guys happened to me already three times exactly the same way. When there is slippery condition on the road I press the brake the brake is going all the way down abs starting to work and the same time the caliber breaking apart. When the abs is not required the brakes work perfectly. Can someone please give me advice
