After the shop returned the vehicle nothing was working on the cluster other than the turn signals and the check engine when you start it.
I called one of the rebuild places and they didn't think it was the ICP cluster. Thought it was something else, suggested ignition switch assembly.
Today, I took it apart, cleaned the ICP with 70% isopropyl alcohol. There were about four spots on the back circuit board that looked corroded.
I also swapped out the ignition switch assembly too.
I've not driven it around much yet today but so far it's all working again and have not seen one glitch yet. The primary issue was the 4WD and Anti-Lock Brake lights kept coming on. All other gauges worked fine.
I'm sure this is a temporary fix. But time will only tell.
