Can you hear the fuel pump running when you turn on the ignition? You may need to remove the fuel cap and listen there while someone turns on the ignition.

Possibly no spark. If you have someone else spray starting fluid into the air intake it should start to fire as if it's going to start. If it doesn't fire, it may not have spark. If it does fire, you need fuel. Fuel pump, possibly fuel filter. If your helper sprays fluid and it start to fire up, continuing to spray starter fluid should actually keep it running as long as the fluid is being sprayed.

If it ran for 10 miles you have spark and fuel at least temporarily. Weak fuel pump might still be a problem. Should have the pump pressure tested. Filter could get clogged with driving around if it's already pretty bad. Vacuum problem would be more noticeable after the engine is heated up as the hoses become softer and more pliable. Same with intake gaskets. Autozone and O'Reilley auto parts will usually put a simple "basic" tester on for free and will likely be able to spot the problem. Are you having any dash (idiot) lites come on at all?
