2004 Ford Focus Sluggish during cold weather

The car sounds good when idling but when you drive it sounds like its spit and shudders or sluggish, when is shift into neutral at a light it sounds fine, this goes on until the car warms up. Or during warm weather above 50 degrees, this does not happen. We just had the spark plugs and spark plug wires replaced and it runs great during the warm periods, this only occurs during cooler temperatures. Thanks

I would try checking and cleaning throttle body and idle air control valve passage (If equipped). Then if you have a scan tool to read live data. Look at all your temperature values to make sure they are reading where they should (ECT, IAT, ambient air temp). Check fuel pressure at idle and drive to be sure its not below spec.
