After running my truck for awhile and shutting it off it won't start until it cools down its a f-250 super duty 6.0 diesel

Have the high pressure oil pump checked. It may be too low to re start.

My high oil pump might might be to low does that mean I need a new one

Possibly, you need to have it verifed by a shop to confirm.

Can you take a 6.0 engine out and replace it with a 7.3 engine and how hard will it be

Not an option. It would be cheaper to buy a new engine than attempt that.
