Is there room to change cylinder heads on Ford F-150 fx4 5.4l without pulling engine out?

I have to pull left head out because of bad valve on #7. Want to try it myself but dont want to get stuck half way into job.

Do you

Done a few. Very tight especially the right side. Take your time. Hope you have small hands.

I will pull the motor next time as it takes less time to pull it and do the job than do it in the truck.
