Clicking or scraping noise at the front Passenger wheel

I have a 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 Crewcab pick-up. When u start driving its start making a clicking or Scraping noise at the front passenger wheel, but sometime it stop after driving about 1 min of so. Please somebody help me.

Check for a missing loose or weak brake pad anti rattle clip, this can often make this type of noise.

No not that. But I did jack the truck up and spin the wheel it didn't make the clicking noise for about 6 spins then it start the clicking. When it start the clicking noise I notice when I spin the wheel the cv joint stopped turning then the noise started while I was still spinning the wheel.
