I was changing my timing chain tensioners an guides and the CAM jumped how do I get it back in time
2004 FORD F-150
The cam turned but the crank did not so how do I get back in time
have the same problem?

Put the engine no.1 piston on compression stroke/TDC and than align the cam and crank sprockets as indicated in the repair manual
