How to change the alternator

Is it difficult to change the alternator ona ford explorer? I used to do work on my cars but today cas a bit difficult to get around, but, there is room for moving around undr the hood, should I give it a try? I have all the tools what do you suggest?

GENERATOR

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the illustration and table.

Item 1: Front End Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner Removal Note

1. Rotate the front end accessory drive belt tensioner counter-clockwise to loosen tension on the front end accessory drive belt.

Item 2: Front End Accessory Drive Belt Removal Note

1. Position the front end accessory drive belt aside.

Item 3: Generator B+ Terminal Nut Removal Note

1. Position the generator B+ terminal protective cover aside.

INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Now I have squeaking sound! Damn! And I dont really know which pulley its coming from. Should I tighten the belt tensioner a bir more?--Or just keep spraying lube on the pulleys and belt.
