2004 Ford Expedition Paint

Somebody sprayed plastic rim paint all over the side of my car will that affect the clear coat or finish in any way? If it does how do I go about fixing the issue or is it already to late and I have to get a new paint job

Try a product like goof off or maybe rubbing compound sometimes it takes it off. Run trough a car wash after using goof off
