Palio 1.2 NV 2004 fe drop to 5kms/litre no clue

Palio 1.2 NV 2004 - I have a problem with the above mention model that the fuel efficiency has drop to 5-6 all of sudden. It releases black carbon from the silencer. While starting & stopping I can sense the very bad petrol smell. Pickup also lost in 2nd gear sort of missing also I can see during running time. Please advise.

Sounds like a leaking injector, pull the spark plugs and check for any that are very black and sooty, if all look this way check the coolant temp sensor as it may be stuck on cold start and running over rich that way.
