04 Dodge Stratus is knocking sound and oil light is on

It was leaking atf I put some fix it fluid to stop it and it has but now the oil light has came on and it started making a knocking sound from the top end of the engine the fluids are fine no real lose of power other then the knocking seems fine and it would start and then stop but now it's always doing it have not been driving it

Sounds like it had a crank rod knock, and the oil light is from the damage to the crank rod causing low oil pressure. Doesn't sound good from here, sorry.

Describe this knocking noise at upper end of the engine don't sound like rod/main bearings to me-also check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge-
