I just had my rear drive shaft come off my truck. What speeds and for how long can I drive with just the front transfer case being used. Have to get to work which is a few miles. Will it be safe and at what speeds. Is it just like using my regular rear wheel drive. Thank you for your help

Generally the transfer is not meant for high speed driving and if need be abd you ar able to use it, anythig above 50 kph is not advisable.

Driving distance of a few miles is ok but you should get the shafts repaired asap.
